A Knock on the Door that Led to a Heartwarming Experience

On December 23rd, Alexander and Andrea Campagna were inside their home during the height of the snowstorm that was burying Buffalo, New York when there was a knock on their door. Outside were nine Korean tourists and their driver who were traveling from Washington, D.C. to Niagara Falls. Their tour bus was stuck in the snow outside the Campagna’s home. Without hesitation, the Campagna’s invited them in and got them socks and blankets to warm them up. The visitors were delighted to find out the Campagna’s are big fans of Korean food and had plenty of ingredients on hand, so they cooked several meals with the group. On the evening of December 25th drivers finally showed up to pick up the tourists. Everyone enjoyed the experience so much that the Campagna’s plan to travel to South Korea to visit their Korean guests.
