My Weekly Reminder

The road to achieving your dream is usually long and difficult with numerous obstacles and setbacks along the way.  What can make the journey even more difficult is that there are few, if any, guide posts along the way to tell you if you’re making any progress.  There will be times when it will be very temping for you to give up.  The advice from people who have achieved their dreams is unanimous on this issue–Hang in there!  As H. Ross Perot, the Texas billionaire put it, “Most people give up just when they’re about to achieve success.” In other words, they gave up when success was just around the corner.  If they had just hung in there a little bit longer, they would have achieved their dreams.  So, during those times when you are tempted to give up on your dream, remember the advice of Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, “It’s always too soon to quit.”
