A Valuable Life Lesson from a Six-Year-Old

A friend posted this on Facebook. Her six-year-old old grandson slips notes into his younger brother’s lunch box before school when no one is looking. A copy of one of the notes appears below. It reads: “From Bubba. The most important thing is love.” Note the hearts on either side of the message. This little boy already has already distilled the essence of a well-lived life into his simple message. He already knows what some of us spend a lifetime learning.

  1. Ross, LOVE this post of yours. It speaks to the “truths” of today’s world. Kindness and caring seem to be scarce riht now. Leave it to a “youngster” to be able to LIVE LOVE. There is a lesson there for our whole world. Thank you!
