Colin Cowherd

This morning while driving, I was listening to a sports talk show hosted by Colin Cowherd.  At one point, Mr. Cowherd said something that caught my attention.  He said that winners overcome adversity while losers play the victim and find someone to blame for their misfortune.  He went on to say that life dumps on all of us and it’s how we react to it that determines our lot in life.  Later this morning, I was shopping at one of the Fry’s supermarkets near my home.  I shared this with one of the store’s employees and her response was, “I tell my children that if life deals you lemons, you make lemonade.  And, if you don’t have any sugar, then you pucker up.”
