We All Need To Periodically Take Some Time Off

Many of you are like me in that you go at your routine six or seven days a week for months on end and the wonder why you’re felling run down and are not as creative or productive as you once were.  When this occurs, your mind and body are telling you that it’s time for a vacation.  And, by vacation, I’m not talking about moving your lap top and cell phone to the beach and continuing to do what you were doing in your office.  I’m talking about turning off your lap top and cell phone for a few days and doing something totally different.  The key is to disconnect from your routine and it doesn’t have to be expensive – you can read a few books or go to a few movies.  If you can do this for even a few days, but preferably at least a week, you’ll find that you’re feeling healthier, more energetic and creative and you’ll be ready to attack your daily routine with renewed enthusiasm.
