Health Lessons From Those Who Are 65 And Older

According to a study recently reported by Janice Lloyd in USA Today, Americans who are 65 and older are physically and emotionally healthier than any other age group.  A number of factors contributed to this superior state of well-being.  For example, these older people smile and laugh more and they’re still learning new things.  They also eat well, get plenty of exercise and are less likely to smoke.  In addition, they’re actively engaged doing things they enjoy and they give back to their community.  This is a very simple formula for physical and emotional health that we all need to grab hold of.
