Being a Kind Person Isn’t Just About What You Do, It’s About Who You Are

Friendship

A kind person is not the type of person who performs thoughtful acts only when it’s convenient, easy, or there’s some sort of immediate payoff. Rather, kindness is their default way of behaving because it comes from their heart, not some ulterior motive, which means they’re kind even when it’s not convenient, easy, or there is no immediate payoff. People absolutely love kind people because their behavior is predictable in a very positive way; they can always be counted on to do the right thing. As a result, their friendship is highly valued which means they do very well at work and life because everyone wants them as coworkers, team members, leaders, and friends.
