My Weekly Reminder
In today’s fast paced world, unexpected delays and interruptions are anything but welcome–in fact, they can be downright stressful. I’m talking about delayed flights, waiting to have a flat tire fixed and long lines at the Post Office. You can curse these delays if you choose, but that will only stress you and make the wait seem even longer. A better way to handle these situations is to turn them into opportunities. For example, take out your cell phone and call someone you haven’t talked to in a while just to say “hello.” Or, take out a note pad and write a letter or two to loved ones you haven’t seen in some time. Yes, doing so won’t eliminate the delay, but it will make the time pass faster and greatly lower your stress level. It will also brighten the days of the people who receive the phone calls and letters.
Book Update
My new book, REVVED! is now available for pre-order on Amazon.com. It will be in bookstores on or before April 15. My coauthor and I just learned that a Korean edition will be published by Wisdom House, Korea’s largest publisher.
I Want Your Success Stories
