According to a recent study conducted by Market Force Information, Trader Joe’s is ranked as America’s favorite grocery store for the third consecutive year. According to a press release from Market Force Information, Trader Joe’s has built a following of devoted customers because of its “…neighborhood feel, zealous customer service, and an array of exotic and affordable food items….” As one of those devoted customers, I can say first hand that the most important aspect of Trader Joe’s edge over its competitors is the quality of the people who work there. They’re genuinely friendly, nice and extremely helpful. They greet me by name as I go through the store and give me a few hugs as well. As long as Trader Joe’s keeps this up, they will always be ranked as America’s favorite grocery store.
