My Weekly Reminder
One of the difinitions of happiness is: “To be especially well-adjusted.” This means that before you can be happy, you have to first be comfortable with who you are. All too often, people attempt to achieve happiness by pretending to be someone or something that they aren’t. Happiness eludes these people because they’re living a lie rather than being true to themselves. So, do yourself a favor and be yourself. The people around you will love you for it–no one likes phonies–and you’ll put yourself in a position to be truly happy.
