My Weekly Reminder

If someone apperars to be down, take the time to build them back up.  Go to them and say something like, “You seem kind of down today, is everything all right?”  Then be prepared to listen to what they have to say and look for ways to lighten their load.  Taking a personal interest communicates the deepest form of caring.  Even if he or she doesn’t want to talk about why they’re down, they will always remember that you cared enough to ask.  Doing this will not only make you feel good, but now you have someone waiting in the wings to help build you back up the next time you’re down.
