My Weekly Reminder

A subscriber recently sent me the following collection of related sayings that she found in a drawer.  I have no idea where it originated, but I think it’s right on target.

The six most important words in our language are:
     I admit I made a mistake.
The five most important words are:
     You did a good job.
The four most important words are:
     What is your opinion?
The three most important words are:
     If you please.
The two most important words are:
     Thank You.
The least important word is:
     I.

As you read through these sayings, the message is clear:  Focusing on yourself will not take you where you want to go, but focusing on others will.

Travels

My coauthor and I will be in New York City on May 12 making a presentation about REVVED! to the employees of McGraw-Hill.  We will also be in the McGraw-Hill booth signing books on May 20 at Book Expo America in Washington, DC.
