I came across this list of rules when a friend of mine posted it on Facebook. I like this list because there are only five rules, they’re simple and they’re dead on. I have no idea who the original author is, but I want to share this list with you.
- Free your heart from hatred.
- Free your mind from worries.
- Live simply.
- Give more.
- Expect less.
One way to tackle this list is to focus on just one of these rules each day. After five days, when you’ve gone through the list, go back to the top and start over again and continue to do so.
