My Weekly Reminder
When you achieve something that’s important to you, don’t let the moment pass without celebrating. Achievements always involve the expenditure of extra effort over an extended period of time and often involve some disappointment, frustration, setbacks and burnout. Celebrating these moments is what recharges your batteries so you can go out there and conquer new challenges. Not celebrating these occasions is to deprive yourself of a much needed infusion of positive energy. Most people don’t celebrate enough. They tend to dwell on the things that didn’t work out rather than focus on the things that did which drains them of energy. So, the next time you achieve something, no matter how small, pull a few friends together and savor the moment. Doing so will provide a springboard toward your next important achievement
Book Update
Below is the final cover design for REVVED! If you want more information about the book, just click on the image. It will be in bookstores somewhere around April 15. The official marketing launch date is May 1. Also, my coauthor and I just learned that, in addition to the Korean edition, a Japanese edition will be published by Kanki Publishing.

“Ross,
Congratulations on the new book! I bet that’s really exciting! I enjoy your weekly reminders. but this one hit home. I try to take advantage of down time to give friends a call. For example, I got a new job in October and drive an extra 40 minutes a day to get there. I use my hands-free headset and give someone a call everyday on my way home. It helps the drive go faster and then I’m not taking away time from my husband and I to hang out once I get home.”
