Caring costs you nothing, it makes you feel good and it makes those around you feel good.  It also makes you look good to those who observe your caring behaviors and now you have all these people who are looking for a chance to care back–this is Win-Win in action.  What’s interesting is that while nearly everyone wants people to care about them, most people aren’t willing to do the caring because they don’t see the Win in it for them.  Now that you know, make it a point this new year to smile, say something nice and listen to those around you.  You’ll brighten the day of each person you touch and they will, in turn, brighten yours. – RossReck.com
