As I approached the meat counter of my favorite supermarket recently, a store employee greeted me with a cheerful “hello!” I responded by saying, “You certainly are in a wonderful mood today.” She said, “I always try to be in a good mood at work. If I’m grumpy, the day seems to last forever and besides, nobody wants to be around a grump.” I then asked her, “What do you do if you ever find yourself in a grumpy mood?” She replied, “I say to myself, ‘you’d better think of something funny or you’re in for a long and miserable day.'” I think this is excellent advice, because we can control our mood through our thoughts. If we think of positive and upbeat things, this will put us in a good mood and life will become pleasant and fun. On the other hand, if we choose to dwell on the negative, life turns into unpleasant work. The good news is that the choice is ours.
Great stuff as I have come to expect. Have a great day.

Hi Ross,
Very nice, I will hand it out at the April Staff Meetings.
