Over the years, I’ve crossed paths with a number of people who can’t admit it when they’ve made a mistake. Instead of owning up to their mistake and taking responsibility for it, they blame others.

My wife and I have two cats, Max and Fritz. Our two- and one-half-year-old granddaughter Brynn absolutely loves Fritz because he lets her pet him whenever she wants.

I recently went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The person ahead of me had some issues with his prescription which took nearly twenty minutes of the pharmacist’s time to resolve. All the while, the pharmacist smiled as she listened to this person and entered information into the computer.
