If you want to get others excited about going the extra mile for you over and over again, all you need to do is to make them feel special when they do.  Merely saying thank you is not enough.

For example, instead of sending someone a thank you note, send a note to the person’s boss telling the boss how fortunate he or she is to have such an extraordinary employee.  And, by all means, send a copy of the note to the person who did you the favor.

Try this and watch what happens–you’ll be amazed.
