My Weekly Reminder

Dale Carnegie once said, “If you expect to achieve anything during your lifetime that is worthy of note, you have to remember one thing: You can’t do it by yourself; you need all the help you can get.”  In other words, the only real hurdle that stands between you and where you want to be is the support of other people.  How do you get that support?  One of the best ways is to support others in their efforts to be successful.  As Zig Zigler put it, “You can have anything in the world you want if you’ll just help enough other people get what they want.”  This means that the sooner you get out there and start helping others achieve their goals and dreams, the sooner they’ll start helping you achieve yours.

Feedback From a Subscriber

On March 14, I received the following emails: The first is regarding the Reminder on the truth about Customer Service for senior managers.  The second is feedback about REVVED!

“Ross,

This is a really good one!”

“Good morning, Ross.

I wanted to let you know that I’ve started reading your book and it is nothing like what I expected, and refreshingly so. I like the “story line” approach. It’s like I’m reading a novel instead of an instructional or self-help book, yet it is both!  I read maybe a chapter a week or so and I am really enjoying it. I’ll definitely promote it.

Hope all is going well with you. Have a great day!”
