Two days before Christmas, I was grocery shopping at the Sprouts Farmers Market near my home. As I was standing in the checkout line, I noticed that the woman ahead of me was buying a large standing rib roast, a turkey, a ham and lots of potatoes. As it turned out, she had three friends who were experiencing “life crisis” situations and she was going to cook a Christmas dinner for each of them. At this point I overheard her telling the checker, “I can’t solve their problems for them, but there are two things I can do: I can cook and I can pray.” When I heard this, I got the woman’s attention and told that she was a very kind person who was doing some wonderful things for her friends. She smiled at me and said, “I don’t know if my cooking will help their situations, but I do know it will make them feel better for a while.” This is a wonderful example of someone making her own Christmas season brighter by brightening the lives of others.

Hi Ross,
You have also been a very very Kind person and I am one of those that had received much kindness and reminders and encouragement from your posting. In turn, many times , this had been translated to act of kindness etc to others around me.
So, keep up the good work and may we all make this world a little better even if it is only for a few people at a certain time.
Cheers and God bless
Paul
Thank you for your kind comment Paul. You made my day! Ross
